Municipal Finance Group partners with vendors and end-users to provide financing solutions. Terms range from 3-20 years with flexible payment schedules and aggressive rates. We offer non-level  amortization schedules, which enables us to formulate the rental payments to equal the savings.

Our debt instruments include Municipal Lease Purchase Financing for Equipment Acquisitions, Municipal Term Financing (Subject to Non-Appropriation) for Utility and City Projects, and Refinancing and Consolidation of Municipal Leases.
